Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani—known as America’s Mayor for his heroic handling of 9/11—has beaten pneumonia at nearly 82 years old. Now he has resumed his fight to save the United States.
Our nation’s internal enemies have ruthlessly attacked and demonized Giuliani. His activities in Ukraine in 2019 and regarding the 2020 election threatened to expose them.
Giuliani was hospitalized early this month for a virus that became life threatening because of his 9/11-related lung condition. He was given last rites while in intensive care. Giuliani fought that with the same faith and resolve with which he has confronted those who have been stealing our liberty and transforming the United States into a one-party state.
President Donald Trump wanted to know if Joe Biden had Ukrainian Attorney General Viktor Shokin fired to benefit his son Hunter. Biden had publicly recounted how he had pressured Ukraine to fire Shokin by withholding $1 billion in US aid. Shokin was investigating a company paying the unqualified Hunter handsomely.
Since the foreign-policy establishment (FPE) had already betrayed Trump multiple times, Giuliani acted as his personal attorney. Trump called new Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on July 25, 2019. After congratulating him, Trump asked Zelenskyy to speak to Giuliani and Attorney General William Barr about Biden.
Alexander Vindman, formerly of the National Security Council and a key witness in Trump’s impeachment, claimed that Trump’s request risked being seen as a “partisan play.” Democrats impeached Trump by claiming he had tried to use a foreign government against a political rival.
The foundational US principles of accountability, transparency, and the public’s right to know about high-level misconduct overrides Vindman’s concern. Democrats attacked Trump and covered for Biden’s corruption. Giuliani would have exposed FPE betrayal of our country, but Democrats effectively stopped and demonized him and Trump.
After the 2020 election, Giuliani denounced Dominion Voting Systems electronic tabulation machines for flipping votes from Trump to Biden. He said the machines used software developed in Venezuela under Hugo Chávez. Dominion sued Giuliani and others.
Ralph Pezzullo’s Stolen Elections: The Takedown of Democracies Worldwide (2025) documents what Giuliani alleged. The book is based on investigations by former CIA operations officer Gary Berntsen and DEA and Justice Department investigator Martin Rodil.
Mentioning that the election companies sued many people, including Giuliani, Berntsen told me: “No one has sued me. They don’t dare sue me or Martin Rodil because you want to go to discovery with us? You want to see all our witnesses? Come on.”
Giuliani knew the FPE and other powerful associated groups were suppressing the truth as part of an agenda to transform our republican system into a one-party state. As a lawyer, he had to have known the risks to him of fighting this anti-US monster.
Yet, Giuliani courageously stepped into the ring to help the public learn the truth. It led to him losing significant assets he had earned from his private business activities since leaving public office.
I began to write and speak publicly after observing State Department (DOS) personnel criminality regarding Guatemala. I have learned that this is part of a serious problem inside our government that threatens our constitutional system if not corrected.
DOS personnel undermined Trump during his first term and continue to do so now. Their Guatemala activities parallel and illuminate their Ukraine activities.
Biden leveraged $1 billion in Guatemala to obtain an extension of a UN commission—as he did in Ukraine to get Shokin fired. A month later, the commission acted criminally to obtain a health-care contract for a Biden client.
Biden, Democrats, and the FPE referenced support by international organizations to bolster their case that Shokin was corrupt and should have been removed. The same groups defended Guatemala’s 2023 election as free despite blatant DOS corruption. They also referenced support from international organizations to bolster their case.
Outside groups such as the Organization of American States and the European Union participated in the 2023 Guatemalan electoral fraud. Most likely, DOS coordinated this. As in Ukraine, the FPE created an apparent consensus to deceive the public and hide its betrayal.
The evidence about Ukraine is not as strong for this position as it is regarding Guatemala. In the latter case, the evidence is overwhelming, and some is already in the congressional record. Based on this, what Trump and Giuliani were doing towards Ukraine was correct.
I met Giuliani at the Republican National Convention in 2024 and have appeared several times on his show. We have talked, on the air and off, about Ukraine, Guatemala, and the enemies within our government. Both from New York with different backgrounds and paths, we recognize the same enemy to US liberty.
